Delivery
Services are currently available in most countries worldwide. Orders are usually delivered to customers 3-15 working days after confirmation. Delivery times are based on collection times and are indicative only. fosongya cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as delays in customs clearance, payment approvals etc. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses as the transportation companies we use require a signature to confirm delivery.
If fosongya has delivered the goods to the customer’s nominated delivery address and refuses to accept the goods or fails to make the necessary arrangements to accept the goods, the customer will be responsible for paying the initial shipping costs, import charges levied on delivery and the cost of returning the goods to fosongya. This amount will be deducted from your product refund amount.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via fosongya’s preferred logistics company (yunexpress). If you require the services of a courier company (DHL, FedEx,) please contact us via e-mail (hardware@fo-song-ya.com) and make up the difference in price and we will send you the courier company of your choice (DHL, FedEx,).
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then receive a separate e-mail containing the tracking number of the package. If you are registered with fosongya, you can check the status of your order by logging in and selecting the order under (Order History). Alternatively, you can enter the tracking number from the logistics company’s website. Even if you do not have a valid fosongya account, we will keep you informed of the delivery status of your order by e-mail. Refunds are not guaranteed if you contact us after 30 days.
Elimination
We understand that sometimes a customer may need to cancel an order. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellation requests will not be accepted if your order is ready to ship.
Cancellations made after 24 hours of ordering will be subject to a cancellation fee of 80 (CNY).
If your cancellation is approved, we will refund you according to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been finalized. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days. Please note that some banks may take longer to process refunds and fosongya has no control over this process.
How to cancel an order
If you wish to cancel an item, please do the following:
1 Go to the My Orders page.
2 Find the order you want to cancel and click on View Order Details.
3 Click the “Cancel Item” button below the item.
4 Follow the instructions to cancel the order
Back
Buy with confidence. If the item does not fit, please send it back to us. To return an item, go to the account that shows your name in the upper right corner. Click “Start Return” next to the order you want to return and follow the instructions. If you ordered as a guest, please click here to process your return.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the package, items returned after this period will only be accepted at the sole discretion of fosongya. If your item has not yet been delivered, you may only cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 80 (CNY) and orders containing shipped items cannot be canceled.
Returns Registration
All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
Shoes or belts must be returned in their original box or bag.

Refunds
Once fosongya receives your returned item, we will refund you according to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary between payment providers, so your refund may take up to 10 business days to complete.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item, receive a refund and place a new order.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are included in your order and you will not have to pay additional fees to the shipping company when importing (except in certain countries). All applicable duties and taxes will be noted at checkout. If you return an item, your taxes will be refunded.
