The following terms and conditions apply to the applicable features on the Site:

Credit Balance. Any credit balance (including bonus balances) will automatically be applied to your next purchase from the Site. If your credit balance exceeds your total purchase amount, that credit balance will remain in your account. If your account and/or membership is terminated for any reason, any credit balance in your account will be immediately canceled. Account balances are determined by fosongya and such determination is final.
Online Gift Certificates. fosongya’s online gift certificates are only redeemable on the Store. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Vouchers must be fully utilized at the time of payment. Any unused amount of this coupon will be forfeited and will not be refunded. Vouchers can only be used for one transaction on the store. fosongya is not responsible for lost vouchers.
We reserve the right to change logistics providers at any time as needed to best fulfill customer orders.

Accuracy of Content; Quantity Limitations

The information on this site is believed to be complete and reliable; however, it may contain typographical errors, pricing errors and other errors or inaccuracies. Errors will be corrected as soon as possible. We reserve the following rights:

All goods are subject to strict quality control procedures before shipment. We are not permitted to ship defective items or products that are of a quality below the corresponding market standards sold on the website. Please note that items that are damaged or due to normal wear and tear; accidentally; or incorrectly due to misuse will not be considered defective, will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer and/or refused a refund.

Orders and Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is our best estimate of the time it will take to receive your order after purchase. We will not be liable for any loss arising from delivery outside of our estimated timeframe and you are not relieved of your obligations as a customer or any other terms and conditions that may be associated with your order if it is delivered within the following timescales If your account requires security verification, this will affect delivery times. fosongya is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance issues at destination.

We insure each item purchased in transit until it is delivered to your nominated delivery address. fosongya will retain ownership of the goods until they are delivered to and accepted by you in accordance with these terms and conditions. We require a signature for any Goods delivered, at which point responsibility and ownership of the Goods you have purchased passes to you. If you have nominated a recipient other than you for the purpose of delivery (e.g. as a gift), evidence of your acceptance of their signature (or that of the address at which the delivery was made) is evidence of fosongya delivery and performance and of the transfer of responsibility and title in the same way. You are responsible for the Goods from the date we deliver them to the address you have provided.

In some cases, our delivery partners may provide you with the following options at the time of delivery: (1) Signature Release: to opt out of the requirement to provide a signature at the time of delivery; and/or (2) Handover to Neighbor: to redirect the goods to a neighbor. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may result from the delivery of your order in accordance with your request.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the details on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. In the event of such an error, we reserve the right to refuse to sell you a product at the original listed price, even if you have completed the checkout process. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be deemed canceled. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, we will issue a full refund as soon as possible.
